:: What is your turnaround time?

All of our items are in stock and will ship within 3-5 business days. Wraps purchased on a sale day or around holidays will have a longer turnaround time. Please send an email if you need your order sooner and I will do my best to process as soon as possible.

:: What are the size options for the head wraps?

Our head wraps are "one size fits most" (OSM) Each head wrap description has dimensions as well. Keep in mind that all head wraps are handmade and may vary in size slightly. Our wraps are designed with children in mind, but do fit adults as well. Note: the smaller the head, the bigger the bow.

:: How are your products made?

Each wrap is handmade in California by Shun Moore.

:: How much is shipping?

Please note: Our processing time is 3-5 business days. This is separate from the shipping time. During special events/holiday sales, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

Standard Shipping 

All orders under 13oz will ship First Class Mail and takes 3-5 days to arrive. This form of shipping is not insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages and encourage you to select priority shipping if you would like more security.

Priority Shipping

USPS Priority Mail is not express or overnight and takes 1-3 days to arrive. This form of shipping is insured.

If you need up to rush your order, please send me an email with your order number and I will do my best to ship as soon as possible.

:: Do you ship world-wide?

If you are interested in ordering and are not within the US, please send me a message as soon as possible.

:: What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the size of my business and small inventory, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order before finalizing it to make sure all of your information is correct.

Please notify me right away if there is a problem or defect with your product. Prior to sending a return, please contact me for authorization.

I will not refund any shipping charges.

All orders outside of the US and clearance items are final sale.
